" rain, coffee, and girl scout cookies= PERFECT"

Hi there!! We are suppose to get some rain with the chance of thunder and lighting =) and I'm off today and tomorrow, so my week end house work got put off, so I've been up pretty early cleaning and doing laundry so when this and if this show comes to town I can sit and enjoy it! yesterday we had a excellent down pour when I was at work of course, I know God knows I love these blessings we need so badly in California, he could have waited til today, but you couldn't see, it looked like snow and instead of doing my job, I was standing in a patients room, watching it!! Thank goodness the patient was in no hurry for Physical Therapy! most aren't when we walk in, and for the life of me I cant figure out why =) I read Joni's from "Morning Coffee"post about the girls scout cookies and had to giggle, I bought each of us in this house a box of piece of the thin mints, and Larry came home from the store the other day with 4 more boxes, so we each had 2 boxes a piece, well....I ate one of my boxes already, I can devour those suckers in seconds, but my other box I gave away to a friend at work, have you ever crushed them up and put them on Vanilla ice cream? O my goodness, try it!!! once you try it, you'll realize why I gave my other box away, and besides my friend is such a treat to have for friend! It took me awhile to let her get close to me, I wasn't real sure about her, I am so bad about being wrong on first impressions, then I eat my words about that person, not that I dare say anything to anyone, cause that's a wrong thing to do, but when I've lowered my wall I always confess it to that person. Well my sweet friends I seriously need to finish up, the clouds are rolling in and some are pretty dark gray, and nothing is getting finished I want you all to know one thing...I love each and everyone of you, and never got the wrong impression from any of you, I can remember my first blog friend, beside Joni, her and I have been friends since the 3 grade, and the excitement I got when someone posted a comment, and I still get that same excitement from her and from all of you!! How lucky I am!!
