As many of you know I have been diagnosed with a stage 2 fatty liver, and this can go bad IF I dont take care of myself, so I try to learn as much as I can on this and everytime I read anything on it I cry and get so upset with my self for not taking care of my self when I was younger, all because I wanted to have what I thought was "fun time's" then, this explaines so much to me, I learned that with a not healthy liver like mine you dont absorb hormones, explaines why my hormone levels are ALWAYS wacked off, explaines why I'm tired, my liver dont break done iron very well at all, so I have to be careful and not eat too many green leafy vegtiables and red meats, but I have learned that the liver is one of the most forgiving organs we have....just like GOD so forgiving, this liver reminds me of a human, lost in the world damage with out GOD but then you find GOD and you are forgiven and very well taken care of for life, but the rest of my life I have to it checked every year not unless something comes up and take very good care of myself and with GODS love and gentle hands on me, but it still makes me sad, so very, very sad....

Oh Missy is adorable. Have not learned much about the liver. This is a hard thing to see the fall out of life.
I am 50 as of 5-6! 50! how that happened so fast is beyond me. Do take good care of your self. As we age all this comes into play.
