Mom's heart stint, Easter fun, & Johnanthon's new girl....

Let's see what's been going on since the last time I posted....my mom had her heart cath done and the Dr. ended up stinting another stint, the first stint lasted about 4 years, not to shabby but could be better, it's all in genes, I was not liking the thought of my brother not being there with me, this was the first medical thing I had to do with out him, I wasnt alone, I had my step dad there and my daughter went as well but I just wanted my brother, but there was a family there, a BIG family there waiting for news on there loved one wither he was to have a valve replacement or a repair, well the news came and he had to have a repair but the poor man was sent home and had to have a test done on his lungs to see if his lungs could stand up to the surgery, I felt so sorry for his wife and the rest of the family, the fear in their eyes, why didnt they just keep him in the hospital for that? I'm sure it was an insurance thing, it's always an insurance thing, so I prayed for that man and that family when I was sitting there waiting to see mom...and that family gathered around one another and prayed as well, I hope this man is doing ok, got the chills just then when I wrote that part, so I take it he's doing good.....

Had a good day Easter, good food, good people, and some real fun games, one of the games played was the little children hid the eggs for the adults who was 50 or over and some of the plastic eggs had numbers in them, they called your number you got a prize! the prizes consisted of things "older" people would use, for example...a magnifying glass, a nice big jug of prune juice, incontinent pads, Just for men hair coloring, tucks....it was all in fun, but I got to thinking about it, I'm only 47 and love prune's, I use bifocals, I color my hair cause of gray and I'm not 50!! what the heck, I dont use incontinent pads......yet!!

My Johnanthon has a new woman in his life, her name is Missy Jean, she's very petite and so sweet but I am going to teach her some manners if she's gonna stay around here, so far we all like her, he was introduced to her through some friends, her and Johnanthon hit it off immediately, she's with him every chance she gets and seems to love him and I think she will stay very devoted to him....I will post a picture of this new beau below, but I must warn you she's black and thats all good with me...

Isn't she just the most adorable girl ever? Here name is Missy Jean, she's half black lab and half German Short Haired Pointer, she's a hunting dog, and man O man she LOOOOVES her man, he brought her home and I was like " TAKE HER BACK!!" put the food back in his truck and the whole 9 yards, well the next day I baby sat her and she's won my heart as well as Larry's, he was like me, then Johnanthon proceeded to tell me when and where ever he gets stationed at he would have her flown out to where ever he's at, and " O know you wont...I've helped raised her and your NOT taking her from me" I believe this little love has come into our home for a reason....GOD works that way......
