Daddy's head stone.....

These are pictures of my daddy's head stone that my step mom & my sister picked out, my sister's daughter sent these to me, bless her heart! my sister is from my step mom's first marriage and my step mom also had a son, when my daddy married my step mom he adopted those 2 kids and they became his children, then years down the road the 2 of them had 2 of their own, Johnny, who was killed at the age of 12 from a double barrel shot gun by a neighbor girl and Marty ,who is the baby and who had his fare share of trouble but has turned his life around and gave it back to God and this made my daddy so very happy, he was so proud of all us, when I learned of the family picking out my daddy's head stone, I cried so much cause I couldnt be there to be a part of that, but my sister did call and ask what I would like and said "You know Sis, what ever you all pick will be fine with me, I know it will be beautiful" when my grandma was pregnant with daddy she had a girls named picked out, she just knew it was a girl, SURPRISE!!!!!!! So, she kept that little girls name and used it as his middle name, O'man the crap he got from that..... To the left of daddy's spot is where my little brother is buried and my when my step leaves this world to join Johnny and daddy she will lay to the left of Johnny, so Johnny will be in the middle of them, seeing this picture just made me cry, feels so final and so far away, and I know this separation is just a short separation cause I will see daddy soon......


* on the back of the head stone it has our last name on it, which is
facing to the half dirt half asphalt road with huge pot holes, this
cemetery is OLD.
