Mr. Sun has shined here for the last 3 days and its really nice to see him, the little birds are hanging out, our Kelsey dog has been laying in the sun on the grass, and my fat cat has been wanting out and staying out more!!
I can't believe these kids around here get a 4 day week end!! I woke my Johnathon up at 7 only to hear "Mom, I don't have school today" so as I sat in my car to warm it up before heading off to work I called his school to make sure, not that I didn't believe him cause I did, but I thought maybe he got his days mixed up, but he was right, no school!
Amanda and her new boyfriend, who shes been dating for about 10 months now broke up last night, I don't talk about him, just because, he's a good kid, made my daughter laugh and didn't have tight strings on her by no means, shes not having any of that any more, but they argued allot, I guess,I never heard it any of it, but she told me today that she had enough of it and she told me she told him "My heart is telling me this just isn't right any more" she says it hurts so bad Mom. He's a 20 year old ADHD and on NO meds, I told her "Honey he's got a man's body but a little boys mind" then I apologized for yelling at her last night for being on the computer, that's in my room and between her nails clicking on the key board and the side effect of my blood pressure medicine making me cough, I just could not sleep, I felt awful. So we now have a droopy girl in the house again........praying for her heart again I will do.

Praying for that sweet girl with you.. Hard years...... BUT sounds like she is making wise decisions and with a great Mom like you she will be fine......... I am still on a break but wanted to stop in and say hello and let you know I miss you!

it is so hard, but it sounds like she is being strong and has learned to respect herself and has a lot of confidence....and that is soooooo important!!!!

Love hurts, or the lack of it. I feel sorry for your daughter, but this is how we learn about others and ourselves. I so worried about my sons, they have no one and just one day they'll be taken advantage of. That would kill me.

Denise if you would like to do a tutorial about changing backgrounds I would love it.

Hi Annette, aren't you kind. my email is irene underscore now at hot mail dot com. I've been getting some unsavory mail, so I hope spelling it out like this will be o.k. no spaces and all lower case.
I'm just starting to feel better, my kids think I'll have to have the lap top surgically removed from my hands. He He.

You have raise a smart cookie! Good job for she is walking in that independence you have instilled in her. I hope your meds get regulated.
