He's got a Supper request......

All is going pretty well around here. Johnanthon is still running fevers, but not as high, he's still real tired and gets tired very easily, the Dr. told us that he's got the flu and that him and I need to keep on eye on his respiratory, cause he has issues with that then he's going to have H1N1, he thinks that he might have a small case of it now, but to keep an close eye on him, if he's not feeling better by Monday or if he gets worse between now and Monday I am to call him and he'll due labs to determine if it is H1N1! So....now Larry (my husband) is like freaking out, I told him to stop with it and shut it up,cause its out in the community! I get a little perturbed with people who freak out over stuff, worry about other things, after all there's plenty to worry about! I have to work all week end, and you know it's not too bad, I enjoy the crew I work with, all the big bosses are gone so its a different pace, more laid back. My Johnanthon had a supper request today "Mom, whats for supper tonight?" "I don't know haven't given it much thought, why? what would you like?" "Taco Salad with avocados and the pinkish dressing" he's meaning Catalina dressing, so Taco Salad it is! Last time I made Taco Salad, I almost wounded up with stitches in my finger from cutting tomatoes, lets see how it goes tonight?
Amanda took a little road trip last night
to Nevada with a few of her friends, she let me know she was going and I didn't ask why either, but she did come home this afternoon in time to go to work and I didn't ask any questions, to be young, single, pretty and smart again, but I do LOVE my life as a mother wouldn't trade it for anything! Wish me luck cutting up the fixings for the Salad......

Glad to hear that boy is better.... As for freaking out about the flu..all we can do is take care of ourselves and wash our hands and be careful not to get into big crowds.. I hate to live in fear and refuse to do that........

AND I love Taco Salad! Sooooooooooo tasty!

Tell me girl, how far are you from Las Vegas ? We may be going there the first week of December for a few days and wondered how far it was from you!

Well I am getting off here and need to go and check on Mom..

Have a wonderful weekend girl and so glad to hear that son is better.....

What fabulous news about Earl. Glad to hear your guy is doing a little better, be watchful, that's all you can do. I need that Taco Salad Recipe. I'm out of ideas for food, it's been so hot to cook.

Dear Annette God has really given you patience and strength, I would have freaked out pretty good.

Pray the test turns negative and Jon recovers fast.

Hopefully, Johnanthon will have just the regular flu and get well soon and that you won't need the bed next to him as a result of needing stitches! Taco salad does sound good. Larry sounds a little like my mother in law. She worries about everything so much though sometimes its understandable. Have a good day Annette!
