So Sorry I haven't posted in a few but so much has happened here in this home of mine, too personal to go into, I am fine,NOW! I took a personal day yesterday, and just had to pray and meditate on some stuff, and listen for a voice to speak to me! All well be well, just keep doing what your doing with the love you have" I know it's not going to be easy, and I have a feeling things might even get a wee bit ugly, but I can handle it! Sooooooo, any one played any good jokes on any one? or had one played on them? You all know I work in a hospital, and having your employee's show up is very important right, cant do a job being short handed, well there's like 22 people in the department I work in and we all called in sick today! I even played along, even though it's my normal day off, I thought well my boss will just think "Annette has really got some issues, she think she has to work today" all but 2 played along with it, then they all showed up at the same time in the office, throwing confetti and I guess wearing these paper made "joker hats" with glitter on them, my co~workers did get this all cleared from the big boss, and he then called the switch board operators to let them that there would be allot of people asking for extension ****, not to get upset when all these calls come in! so now, we had the switch board in on it! and I guess they pulled it off beautifully, then the boss lady called me "Annette, are you OK?" "Yea, why wouldn't I be?" "O, you were in on it too" she asked "In on what?" cause I didn't know if she knew for sure or not about the little "call in" joke,"You cant lie very well Annette" and everyone started laughing, so I'm sure I'll get whats coming to be tomorrow! I'll let you all know if any thing will be done to me.

How much fun was that! I miss working out in the work force sometimes because of the camaraderie and laughter.... BUT then there are days that I am so blessed to stay at home............

I must confess to some measure of anxiety with this sort of "Joke." But I do acknowledge that my feelings are rooted in an episode from yesteryear. I worked in a group that somehow became involved in "practical jokes." As you may guess, after many months of "can you top this?" antics, it all went awry ... with very sad, long-term, consequences. But, thankfully, this was not the case in your experience. Whew!! [smile]

i highly expected my girls to pull something......but they must have had their hands full with kiddos....cuz it was a very quiet april fools day! i warned them about the virus that was supposed to attack computers yesterday....and they called me back asking if it was a joke....i had to tell them no....it's for real! :)
thinking of you dear annette....and hoping life treats you well and you have the strength and love to deal with "things"....know you are loved!
