Guess what? I'm all by my self today and totally loving it!!!!! Larry went fishing, Johnanthon is at work, and Amanda and Chris are eating breakfast somewhere, I got asked to go, but of course I turned them down, a chance to alone, you bet!! then she goes to work! All I hear is the humming of my computer, birds talking, and cars going by, when I hear the cars I wonder what the people who are driving them where they are going? or what ate they going to be doing? are they coming or going to church, or are they going to the store to get stuff for a BBQ, or visiting their parents or children, or what? Now, I know that sounds like I have allot of time on my hands uh? I just wonder.....Johnanthon called me last night in a panic...he said his truck had gotten stolen," SHUT UP" I screamed "from where, have you called the cop's, I'll be right there with information on your truck" he said it had gotten stolen from in front of his friends house and no he hadn't called the cop's yet! As, I'm rushing over there, my cell phone rang, and yes I broke the law..I answered it, well come to find out his friends mom was teaching Johnanthon a lesson about leaving his keys in it, they live out in the country, so.....I guess he thought it would be safe....and she moved it on him! I applauded this lady for this, this should teach him! and then when he came home he informed me that he might be in a rodeo, in this town that is considered "Cowboy Capital of the world" seriously, him and his friend are going to do some team roping, my baby has turned cowboy on me, went from a skater boy to cowboy, he's even got a cowbell hanging off his hitch, I WILL NOT GO ANY WHERE WITH HIM, IN THAT TRUCK because of the bell, I said "Johnanthon...All that is going to do is attract "Vockish" that's Portuguese for heifers, and he smiled and said "That's right...cause I'm the bull" he's so full of himself, but that's one of trillion things I love about him!
Life, Love & Faith is about what goes on in my world~ I hope you enjoy your time with me and my plan for everyone that visits to get a glimpse of my Life, Love & Faith and maybe a giggle..

Hey that is the reason most of us artists stay up til all hours of the night! Silence, piece and quiet!
Good lesson taught to your son but she could have let you know first so you didn't have to panic like that!
Hope you have a great Sunday. I always love stopping by your blog Annette.
Hugs and God Bless You

I bet he remembers to take his keys out of his truck now...mine leaves them dangling in the door all the time...kids! Gotta love 'em!
Today I added flour, sugar, milk...I hope I have my days right, they go by so fast, I'm likely to lose one or two before it's over. I forget to check them off!
It sounds like you guys all have a good sense of humor. I like that.
I bet he doesn't leave his keys in there anymore either.
Thanks Annette for the comment you left me, i appreciate it. I hope you have a good day tommorow.
love nITA
Now that is a lesson learned! I wish someone had done that for my son years ago....... and since I live among cowboys............. I love them............ There is just something about those spurs that go jingle jangle jingle! HA!!!!!!
Sending you hugs this morning girl.... and Praying that you have an encounter with God today that will easy your spirit!
oh, annette.....i don't blame you one bit for staying home....listening to the quiet. i have learned lately, that i REQUIRE a bit of alone time....THIS girl who had to write "i will not be loquacious" 100 times in 6th grade!!!!! i love that time to just be!
that was a good lesson to learn....my kids leave the car on and keys in it.....my main concern is that they never leave a child in there also~!!!!!!!!!
i think my little grandson wyatt may grow up to be a cowboy too....loves horsies right now and his daddy loves to rope and so does his daddy's father.....so it seems to be in the family! :) something about a little one with a big ole cowboy hat on!!! :)
love and hugs dear friend.....
