:fUnnY New'S Or ickEy nEw's"

Gosh today was fun to some point, then kind of sad on the other point....Where do I start? How about the fun part first? That's how I am when asked,"Do you want the bad news first or the Good news first?" I always pick the bad first cause I know the good is going to make up for the bad news, does that make sense to you? It started off at work, a co~worker and myself where working together and we had some so so patients, then came this little confused old lady, and I love confused cantankerous patients, they just have spunk in them, and she was just slapping my hand's, trying to pull my hair and all I could do was laugh, my co~worker said, "Annette, this is you in about 45 year's while everything was taking place, and I laughed and replied back "O COOL, and I can't wait" the little old lady said, "O yea, cool" in this voice that she's trying so hard to sound cocky..."You, you tall drink of water" that did it, I busted the gut and said, "Well, Thank you" with my head kind leaning to one side, then she called me a "b*tch" all I could do was laugh even more, this little lady was so darn cute, snow white hair, with tattooed eye brow's and I said,"Did you talk to my husband this morning?" "I'd like too" she said while moving her little head back and forth fast. That made me laugh all day, and in all reality, I hope I am like her to some point, there's still some fight in her. Now the not so good news...Johnanthon got pulled off the football team, cause of his ending year grade's from last year, the coach tried to get one of his teacher's to change it, but I guess it's too late, and there's a lot of paper work involved to do that, but coach told him to keep his grades up and there might be good chance he can play towards the end of the season. I truly felt sorry for him, I so bad wanted to say,"Well, that's what you get for not doing better at the end of the year" but I refrained my self cause this isn't what he wants to hear, so now he knows how it work's, he's the kind of kid who has to learn the hard way unfortunately, but he is getting his truck this week end, he's saved all his money and pulled it out today, he's about $800.00 short, so we'll front him the rest, and when he gets paid he's to sign his checks over to us, if he misses one payment it's ours, then maybe Amanda's, wouldn't that be terrible to see your sister driving something was suppose to be yours. That would just be mortifying! I got stuck working again this week end, yuk yuk, yuk!!! I'm seriously thinking about getting my licence to drive the school bus for special needs children, as you all know I have a special desire for these precious gift's, why not let them be a part of daily life?

I used to work in a nursing years ago and this sounds so familiar. These cranky little old ladies are really so funny and sweet in their funny little ways.

Sorry about Jonothan but I am sure it will get better and geezze you are such good parents to front him the money for his truck. It is what parents are for right?

A school bus driver huh? Sounds like you would be good at it.

Thanks for stopping by my blog an for your kind comments about my new little 4 x 4 art. They were fun to make and I am going to make more.

Have a great Sunday
God Bless You
