with dignity" That's so true. I guess that's about the same as trying to run with a book on the top of your head.
I sometimes laugh when I see the speed walkers doing their thing. They look so funny trying so hard to go faster and faster with that silly walk that makes them look double jointed.
Slowing down and really enjoying each step is to my estimation much better.

I like fortune cookies....they taste yummy and they have a mysterious little message inside...I remember when Kristin ran for Activities Commissioner in High School I had to help stuff about 350 fortune cookies with "Vote for Kristin"...you'd think I wouldn't like them anymore, but I do!
