"A peaceful Ride"

Hello one and all, I haven't forgot about blogging, Sunday Larry and I went for a ride to the hill's and went to the lake, not to swim but to check on any pontoon boats, sometime they have them for sale at the marina, no luck...yippy =) and it was so hot, went down town Sonora and just looked through some antique stores and ate lunch, just some "us" time, then we get a phone call from Amanda, who was with Chris, and John left with a friend and locked her out, and would not come home to let her in, so she had to go to work with Chris and sit in the restaurant til we came back in to town, she was livid, all because she cant find her house key! The weather in Sonora was hot, but people still shopping and little kid's still running between you, kid's are amazing, the heat don't bother them not unless they have a medical problem, me on the other cant stand it, heavier set people don't do will in the heat, it was nice to get away for the day, we actually ate lunch and could talk without any one interrupting us. We use to go one "dates" once a month, dinner and a movie, or just sit outside of Starbucks or something, haven't done that in awhile I might mention that to him and get that going, before school wind's down and we get busy with graduation planning, I can't believe she's graduating, seems just like yesterday she was starting kindergarten, and was in school only for 4 hours and in that 4 hours I called the school twice, and took that day off, now it's like "What! Know school, your out of school more then your in!" I'm glad shes staying here and going the Jr. college we have here in town instead of moving away, I get so upset with her for stupid little thing's, but I couldn't imagine her leaving home, shes got allot of growing up to do still, but one day it will happen and I'll deal with it then. It's gonna be a warm one here again, but this time I put out some sun tea, forgot to yesterday, was all excited about going some where! Hope all of you have a great day, love to all.

I love days like that...and Sonora has such layed-back charm. Glad you enjoyed your time with Larry. I fully understand what you mean about graduation and growing up...I wish time would just slow down a bit. They're grown and gone entirely too fast.

much love to you,
Joni
