"One Sided Conversations"

Quiet time is well deserved by all, I love my time like this, gives me a chance to think, realize a few thing's, I hear the cat snoring for one, the birds singing a sweet tune all of their own, but yet sounds so peaceful and calm......I've learned this past week to slow down some what a bit, and too not let things bother me so much, but I tend to take things very personal, I thought I had some what of a hard shell on but I guess I don't, the only shell I should be wearing that will protect me is the armor God has given me. I confess, I take things for granted every day, like getting out bed and being able to put my feet on the floor, make coffee, walk out to get the paper and not truly Thank him for another gorgeous day, humans have a tendency to live for the day or in minute, and when we are thrown a monkey wrench in our life's we sit and dwell and ask why? but when things are going honky dory,do we sit and ask why then? Good or bad its all happened for a reason I know I'm bad about not giving him the glory in the good or bad suctions I know I don't, and he's allowed that monkey wrench to thrown at us, it could be a wake up call! I like to be given praises, just like our Father does, and I don't do that enough and shame on me! I've so enjoy my quiet time and I need to start using it a positive manner, I use to have one sided conversations with Lord, I haven't been doing that here lately, and he's just given me my time, time to come back to him and chat, so chatting I will do, he'll be sorry cause I can talk, just ask Joni.......Love to all
