Wishful Wednesday

Good morning to all....I think so many of us at work have "Spring Fever" we are all so lazy and we say silly thing's like,"Hey, I need to go home, I think the cat is stuck in the tree" or "I need to go, I have dinner thawing out" me I just say,"Hey, can I go home, I'm sleepy, I feel a nap coming on?" and of course were all denied our request....darn it!! My mother and step Dad went to Arizona to watch the professionals baseball player's practice, they go every year and this year Mom is driving thank goodness, my step father's driving is SO scary, so I know my Mom will come home, then they're going on a cruise to Alaska sometime soon, I HATE it when she's gone, once when they were on a cruise to Europe, I was missing her so bad, and I called her on her cell phone, she said "This better be very important" I got real quite for a few and said"Well, I think so.....I am just missing you and wanted to know what you were doing?" we laugh at it now, I get teased from my brother for being a 44 year old baby and calling mommy, he can just get over it=) as long as my mom is here I'll call, every Wednesday we have coffee and read the paper over the phone, and she lives in the same town, but I don't get around as early as her that's why I don't go over on Wednesday morning's, and besides I'm very selfish when it comes to my Mom, I like to be alone with her and my step Dad has to be right there between the 2 of us.
