2 different kind's....

Yippee Ki yea.....John has a job, working at the near by car wash, I am so proud of him he has no idea, a excellent GPA, on the golf team, and now a job, I guess when he found out he had a job he got on his cell phone and got on the calculator part to see how much he make working just the week end's, he's so cute, he's a hustler, will do anything to make some money and he hordes his money at that, will 1 more to get a job, maybe John has lit a fire under her premadonna butt, they are complete opposite of each other in so many ways, maybe that's why I love them so differently, she wants to be a social butterfly and go with the flow, but I haven't been giving her much spending money, thinking she'll get tired of not having none, or nothing to do, and him loves to work, I think for one reason he likes to work is too get out of the house, he's probley thinking less chores now, o he's in for a rude awaking. I am so lucky to have good kid's though and I owe all to God, he's guided me through this rough road, which has helped me guide them on a right road, not to take the wrong exit in our travel, John got so mad at me the other night that he told me, I don't like you, my response was, "Good, I am now convinced your a normal teenager, your not suppose to like me all the time, but I now know you love me" he was speechless for a change, so with all said and done, I feel honored that they don't like me all the time, I know now I am doing my part as a mother, teenager's.........aren't they just the grandest thing!!!

Teenage years are tough. You sound like you make it fun even in the rough times. :)

Glad John has a job. It will teach him so much and give him a sense of accomplishment for sure.
